Johnson Controls is seeking a Lean Transformation Specialist in Mexico to deploy KPI-driven improvement programs on the shop floor and across value streams. You will train teams in problem solving, action planning and Kaizen, develop current and future state maps, coordinate kaizen events and sustainment, and promote CI ideas with cross-functional peers to raise performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or similar.
• Proficient computer skills (MS Office Suite).
• 3+ years of experience in lean implementation.
• Strong leadership skills from operator to top management.
• Strong people skills and advanced English abilities.
