Johnson Controls is seeking a Business Systems Practitioner to develop, implement and run the Global Supply Chain Lean Academy programs. The role focuses on building training content, teaching Lean tools, and supporting practitioner development across the organization, with hands-on support on the shop floor.

You will facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and problem-solving, driving cultural change to sustain lean transformations and business performance.

Formación

• 2-3 years of experience in Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or industrial engineering.
• Demonstrated knowledge in Lean tools: VSM, Kaizen facilitation, SMED, 5S, standard work, takt time, flow, pull systems.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with experience using A3 or similar methodologies.
• Ability to lead cross functional teams and influence without authority.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Conversational English proficiency required.
• Willingness to travel within Mexico and abroad.
• Valid passport and visa available for international travel.

Responsabilidades

• Train, coach and mentor employees at all levels to build Lean capability through hands-on learning.
• Facilitate Lean learning pathways across Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality.
• Plan and sustain leader lean immersion programs, bootcamps, and seminars.
• Train production associates in Business System fundamentals and Gemba support on the shop floor.
• Identify opportunities for training and talent development aligned with Kaizen roadmap.
• Maintain Lean training calendar and Practitioner Funnel in Obeya.
• Develop Lean content, visual management systems, KPI reporting.
• Support Kaizen events from prework to sustainment including 5S and Value Stream Mapping.
• Coach structured problem solving and daily management.
• Embed Lean principles into daily management with operations and leadership.
