Jabil seeks a Lean Transformation Specialist to drive value stream alignment and Lean culture across a defined value stream. The role focuses on coaching teams, identifying improvement opportunities, and leading Kaizen events for sustainable performance gains.

As a key player in Lean production, you’ll mentor leaders, support certification efforts, and collaborate with finance to quantify project impact, ensuring safety and adherence to policy while advancing a culture of continuous improvement.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools.
• Proven leadership and communication skills in a matrixed environment.
• Ability to write routine reports and present to stakeholders.
• Experience facilitating Kaizen events and value stream improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Align Value Stream with Lean vision and strategy.
• Coach teams in Lean culture and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead Kaizen Events, Bronze/Silver Certification efforts, and Lean projects.
• Ensure data integrity and use eKaizen for performance metrics.
