Jabil is seeking a Lean Six Sigma SME I to support lean initiatives across workcells, providing expert guidance and coaching to enable cross-functional collaboration and best practices sharing. The role focuses on driving continuous improvement, mentoring engineers, and sustaining Lean culture across the site.

The candidate will lead regional and global initiatives, align with the Plant LSS Manager, and mentor Kaizen events to promote cultural sustainability and value stream optimization.

Formación

• Bronze and Silver Certified by Jabil or recognized organization (ASQ/ SME/ Shingo).
• Experience with change management and project management.
• Able to write routine reports and communicate before groups.

Responsabilidades

• Lead as Site Subject Matter Expert in global & regional lean six sigma systems.
• Coach, mentor, and train engineers within lean team.
• Drive value stream transformation and continuous improvement across multiple workcells.
• Provide coaching on training, project identification and prioritization.
• Ensure standardization of processes according to global/site directions.
