Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is hiring a Production Supervisor at the Monterrey Plant. You will lead production line startups, supervise staff, and drive metrics while ensuring compliance with safety and quality guidelines.

The role requires 3 years in supervision and 5 years in manufacturing, with strong negotiation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP, and solid teamwork across levels. Bilingual English (70%) is preferred in a dynamic, world-class manufacturing environment.

Formación

• 3 years of relevant experience in supervisory positions, management of work teams.
• 5 years of experience in operation processes and manufacturing
• Skills to negotiate and work under pressure.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP.
• 70% English, preferably.
• Experience in personnel management.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Teamwork and communication at all levels

Responsabilidades

• Start-up/end shifts of production lines on time; supervises staff and metrics.
• Administration and supervision of associates promoting compliance with EHS and quality guidelines.
• Develop work plans, define priorities and allocate resources.
• Ensure SQDCP filling and achieve goals via continuous improvement.
• Participate in Kaizen events for production lines.
• Contribute to 5S program; complete monthly audits and follow up on implementation.
• Start/stop production lines/machines on time.
• Monitor attendance and inappropriate behavior.
• Verify payroll processing for associates.
• Provide protective equipment and replacements.
• Lead Kaizen events and continuous improvement efforts.
