Valeo is seeking a Production Supervisor for the APZ area in Mexico. You will lead induction of new hires and temporaries, plan training actions, and monitor certification progress, ensuring adherence to safety, quality and 5S standards on the shop floor.

You will drive TPM activities, manage daily performance, and coordinate with support functions to maintain SQCDM targets. On-site role based in Michoacán, with emphasis on continuous improvement and team development.

Formación

• Experience leading production teams and managing line efficiency.
• Ability to conduct operator appraisals and salary reviews.
• Experience with TPM, QA and safety standards.
• On-site availability in Mexico

Responsabilidades

• Induct and train newcomers and temporary staff.
• Plan training actions and monitor certifications.
• Monitor attendance, holidays, safety rules and environment risks.
• Lead continuous improvement and VPS workshops for the APZ.
• Prepare shift QCDM and ensure materials are available for operators.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain to meet MPS priorities.
