Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an active student to support Performance System E2E deployment and continuous improvement initiatives in Mexico City. You will perform value-stream diagnostics with Lean tools, deploy standardized manufacturing controls, and conduct root-cause analyses to drive sustained improvements across safety, quality, and cost.

Ideal candidates are pursuing industrial, mechanical, or mechatronics degrees, with demonstrated project leadership and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Active student of industrial, mechanical, manufacturing, or mechatronics.
Demonstrated experience leading improvement projects that delivered measurable impact.
Proven capability to lead and work with multiple projects or teams, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Graduating in December 2027 or later.

Responsibilities

Conduct E2E value stream diagnostics using Lean tools to identify waste and flow constraints.
Deploy standardized manufacturing systems and process controls (visual management, audits, standard work, line balancing, digital traceability).
Execute root-cause analyses (8D, DMAIC, 5-Why, Ishikawa) for problem solving.
Drive Kaizen events and CI roadmaps to improve safety, quality, and service while reducing costs.
