Schneider Electric is seeking a motivated student to support continuous improvement efforts in a manufacturing environment. You will help drive productivity, quality, safety, and operational excellence through data analysis and Lean tools.

Responsibilities include leading 5S activities, creating dashboards in Excel and Power BI, and participating in Kaizen events and Gemba walks. Onsite work in Tlaxcala, with growth opportunities in operations and analytics.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Supply Chain, Data Analytics or related fields.
• Graduation date within 12-24 months (August 2027 or later).
• Availability to work onsite in Mexico.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support Continuous Improvement projects on productivity, quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Lead 5S activities with audits, tracking, and visual management.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Create dashboards and performance metrics using Excel and Power BI.
• Participate in Kaizen events, Gemba walks, and problem-solving activities.
• Support rootcause analyses with 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams, and Pareto analysis.
• Assist in value stream mapping, process documentation, and workflow optimization.
• Track project actions and results to sustain improvements.
