Schneider Electric in Mexico is seeking an Industrial Manufacturing Engineer / Industrial Methods Engineer to improve production processes, ensure design intent, and lead continuous improvement across manual, automatic, and PLC-based lines.

You will deploy SPS principles, Lean/6Sigma tools, specify new line architectures, manage capacity with simulation tools, and develop producible designs while collaborating with ERP systems.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Conversational English (intermediate level) is required.

Mansioni

• Maintain the design intent and integrity of products assembled in floor shop.
• Lead continuous improvement actions across production/manufacturing processes.
• Implement adaptations on processes and manufacturing workstations using SPS techniques and PLC systems.
• Specify and quote new line architectures and industrial scenarios to meet safety, quality, lead times and productivity requirements.
• Deploy SPS principles and Lean/6 Sigma tools and manage line capacity vs workload with dedicated tools.
• Pilot new productions ramp-up and write operator work instructions for training.
