Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Continuous Improvement intern to support the deployment, governance, and adoption of the Performance System E2E through CI applications. You will engage in diagnostics, standardization, and problem solving to improve efficiency.

Ideal candidates are active students in industrial/mechanical manufacturing fields, graduating after 2027, with hands-on improvement project experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active student in industrial, mechanical, manufacturing or mechatronics fields.
• Demonstrated experience leading improvement projects with measurable impact.
• Ability to manage multiple projects or teams with strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Graduating in December 2027 or later

Responsibilities

• Conduct E2E value stream diagnostics using Lean tools to identify waste and flow constraints.
• Deploy standardized manufacturing systems and process controls including visual management and line balancing.
• Execute root-cause analyses using 8D, DMAIC, 5-Why, Ishikawa and other problem-solving tools.
• Drive Kaizen events and CI roadmaps to improve safety, quality and service while reducing costs
