Schneider Electric in Mexico City is seeking an enthusiastic intern to support the deployment of a Performance System across operations. You will help build automated data pipelines, design dashboards, and perform data diagnostics to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.

You will work with Power BI/Tableau, SQL, and Python, learn Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, and contribute to digitalization projects. Graduation in 2027 or later is expected.

Formación

• Active student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Data Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience or coursework in data analysis, automation, programming, or visualization tools.
• Participated in improvement or digitalization projects with measurable impact.
• Ability to work on multiple projects, manage priorities, and communicate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong interest in Continuous Improvement, analytics, and digital transformation.
• Graduating in December 2027 or later

Responsabilidades

• Conduct end-to-end data diagnostics across operational processes using digital Lean tools and performance analytics.
• Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using Power Automate, APIs, SQL queries, or cloud connectors.
• Build and enhance dashboards in Power BI or Tableau to track KPIs (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, OEE).
• Perform root-cause analysis using structured problem‑solving methods (8D, DMAIC, 5-Why, Ishikawa).
• Support CI and digitalization initiatives with automated alerts and reporting systems.
• Participate in Lean Office events focused on process optimization and data visibility.
