Job summary

Qualifications

• ACTIVE student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Data Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience or coursework in data analysis, automation, programming, or visualization tools.
• Demonstrated participation in improvement or digitalization projects that generated measurable impact.
• Ability to work on multiple projects, manage priorities, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong interest in Continuous Improvement, analytics, and digital transformation.
• Graduating in December 2027 or later

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end data diagnostics across operational processes to identify bottlenecks, waste, and deviations.
• Develop and maintain automated data pipelines with Power Automate, APIs, SQL, or cloud connectors.
• Build and enhance dashboards in Power BI or Tableau to track KPIs such as Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, OEE, throughput.
• Execute root-cause analysis using structured methodologies (8D, DMAIC, 5-Why, Ishikawa) with data evidence.
• Support CI and digitalization initiatives with automated alerts, workflow automations, and standard reporting.
• Participate in Lean Office events focused on optimization and data accessibility.
