Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering are required.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.
• Knowledge of process engineering, continuous improvement, and lean manufacturing methodologies (Kaizen).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate VPS@Work Improvements Events.
• Follow up action plans with the VPS board.
• Develop and simulate training courses in Lean Manufacturing.
• Lead VPS@Work Improvements projects and cost-reduction initiatives to uphold customer service standards.
• Schedule and maintain documentation for 5s audits.
