Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities in wire harness assembly operations.
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.
• Monitor production performance metrics including productivity, scrap, downtime, and labor utilization.
• Allocate manpower and resources to achieve operational goals.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for production associates and team leaders.
• Promote a culture of zero defects and continuous quality improvement.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with safety policies.
