Job summary

Vistana Aventuras, Inc. (Mexico Branch) is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to support marketing and sales operations, and to ensure accurate reporting of tours and inquiries.

You will create and audit leads, maintain reporting across daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards, and coordinate with Tour Reception and other departments. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred; occasional flexible hours may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and analyze daily/weekly/monthly marketing reports.
• Create and audit leads through history research and profiling.
• Oversee administrative support to Marketing & Sales teams.
• Maintain updated marketing process manuals and policies.
• Liaise with analysts, sales, admin, and vendors to coordinate stats.
