• 3+ years of experience in test engineering.

• Collaborate with teammates across domains to align on project delivery.
• Chart the project’s direction and make key technical decisions.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level engineers, providing coaching and professional development.
• Maintain continuous improvement of testing processes and practices.
