GlobalLogic seeks a Test Engineering Lead to drive a multidisciplinary project team and deliver high-quality outcomes for clients and Method. You will mentor junior and mid-level test engineers, coaching their growth and development.

As a central contributor, you will chart the project’s direction, collaborate with stakeholders across domains, and help expand capabilities in our global centers or client facilities.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in test engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Test Engineering team toward delivering high-quality outcomes, mentoring junior and mid-level engineers and providing coaching.
