Cisco Systems is seeking a TEST ENGINEERING TECHNICAL LEADER to guide the Global Manufacturing Engineering team in deploying advanced test platforms and improving yield across sites. You will own end-to-end test strategies, coordinate across function leads, and drive security and lifecycle compliance for test environments.

The role requires a deep background in test engineering, strong leadership, and bilingual English/Spanish communication to align local and remote teams with Cisco standards

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering with 15+ years in electronics manufacturing and test roles.
• Expertise in ICT to functional system test, optimizing test time, throughput and cost.
• Experience with high-speed digital interfaces (SerDes, optical, Ethernet) and test fixtures.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the global deployment and transition of new test infrastructure and test platform.
• Drive Manufacturing Test Continuous Improvement, evolution, and resiliency at global level.
• Drive & collaborate with technical specialists on data analytics to drive business and operational decisions in Manufacturing, Assembly and Test.
• Develop and Deploy security solutions across manufacturing sites, acting as primary GME engagement point for security policies and deployments.
• Handle application, operating system, and hardware life cycle management compliance.
• Mentor and direct the distributed team of test engineering professionals.
