Cisco Systems de Mexico, S.A. de C.V. is seeking a TEST ENGINEERING TECHNICAL LEADER to guide global deployment of test infrastructure and platforms, driving quality, yield and cycle-time improvements across manufacturing sites.

The role requires 15+ years in electronics manufacturing and test, strong scripting (Python, C++, Java, LabVIEW), and bilingual English/Spanish with proven leadership of distributed teams and end-to-end test strategy.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering plus 15+ years in electronics manufacturing and test roles.
• End-to-end test strategy from ICT to functional tests with optimization of time, throughput, and cost.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, Java, and LabVIEW with data analytics experience.
• Experience with high-speed digital interfaces (SerDes, Ethernet) and test fixtures.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global deployment and transition of test infrastructure and platforms.
• Drive manufacturing test continuous improvement, evolution, and resiliency globally.
• Collaborate on data analytics to guide decisions in Manufacturing, Assembly and Test.
• Develop and deploy security solutions across sites; engage with security policies and transformations.
• Oversee lifecycle management of applications, OS, and hardware in testing environments.
• Provide mentorship and direction for distributed team of test engineers.
