Ingram Micro Mexico is seeking a Xvantage Tech Leader LATAM to drive the technical delivery of integrations, translating business needs into scalable API-based solutions. You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and regional advisors to design, implement, and scale integration capabilities across LATAM.

The role requires 5+ years in architecture or consulting, strong communication, and fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus).

Formación

• Bachelor-level degree in a technology field is required.
• Minimum 5 years in solution architecture, consulting, systems integration, or platform engineering.
• Experience designing APIs and enterprise integrations with customer-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design and validate integration architectures aligned with customer requirements.
• Support discovery sessions and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Guide customers through implementation, onboarding, and go-live.
• Act as the regional technical expert for XI initiatives across LATAM.
• Drive adoption of Xvantage capabilities and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and accelerate success.
