The Standard, Mexico City invites an experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead daily operations in a vibrant, luxury setting. You will inspire a team, anticipate guest needs, and uphold The Standard's hospitality ethos across service periods and dining experiences.

Fluent in English and Spanish, you will oversee floor staff, ensure brand standards, and collaborate with culinary and hotel departments to deliver memorable guest moments in a city-view venue.

• Maintain floor presence and respond to guest needs proactively.
• Handle guest concerns and service recovery with professionalism.
