As the leader, you will oversee daily operations, coach staff, partner with culinary teams, and drive service standards while managing costs and schedules to uphold premium hospitality.

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury lifestyle hotel, boutique hotel, or high-end restaurant.
• Strong leadership and team development skills with a passion for hospitality.

• Experience managing high-volume restaurant operations while maintaining premium service standards.
