Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation seeks a Production Supervisor to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing. The role develops and guides production leaders, monitors metrics, and ensures policy adherence in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a technical degree, 2 years in electronics, and knowledge of Six Sigma/ISO standards; proficiency with IPC 610 is preferred. English skills at basic/intermediate level are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in the electronics industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate/advanced).
• Knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing/ISO 9001/ISO 14001.
• Familiar with IPC 610 Surface Mount Technology.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and results-oriented attitude.
• Proactive and adaptable; able to lead teams.
• Organizational leadership and coordination skills.
• Basic to intermediate English.

Responsabilidades

• Train and advise production leaders to deliver excellence to internal/external customers.
• Hit clear, measurable goals to determine individual and team results.
• Drive continuous improvement in key operational metrics and organizational objectives.
• Act as a communication link between the organization and subordinates.
• Use tools to monitor department costs and trends to add value (waste/productivity/ overtime/rework).
• Provide feedback to the next level to improve metrics.
• Provide training to all associates and implement best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement through daily reporting and metrics management.
• Ensure 100% compliance with company policies and procedures.
