Job summary

Vertiv seeks a Production Supervisor for its Reynosa facility to lead 60+ staff across multiple shifts, driving productivity and safety. The role requires strong leadership, experience with ERP/MRP systems, and a proven track record in high-volume production environments.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will enhance performance, implement improvements, and mentor staff to meet demanding KPIs while aligning with Vertiv’s global standards and strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a supervisory position.
• Recognized mechanical or electrical qualification.
• Proven leadership to achieve production targets.
• Experience in setting up high-volume production lines.

Responsibilities

• Lead production teams and manage 60+ personnel under Production Manager.
• Oversee ERP/MRP electronic production control systems.
• Drive targets using industry-standard KPIs and continuous improvement.
• Conduct disciplinary and performance reviews; ensure health and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with Scheduling Team Leaders, Project Engineers, Logistics, and Stores to meet deadlines.
