Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Reynosa facility. You will lead multiple teams across CNC machining, feeders, and powder line, driving performance, safety, and continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you’ll optimize throughput while managing 60+ staff in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in senior supervision, a mechanical or electrical qualification, and experience with ERP/MRP systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of senior supervision/management experience in production/manufacturing.
• Strong leadership to achieve production targets in a customer-focused environment.
• Experience with ERP/MRP electronic production control systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage 60+ personnel and drive safety and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate multiple teams under supervision of Production Manager.
• Oversee planning, execution, monitoring and improvement of CNC machining operations, feeders, machine shop, and powder line.
• Ensure KPIs are met; drive health & safety and employee engagement.
• Coordinate with Production Manager, schedulers, engineers, logistics and stores to meet deadlines and shipping targets.
• Conduct disciplinary actions and performance reviews as required.
