Job summary

Vertiv Co is seeking a Production Supervisor for its manufacturing facility. You will manage 60+ staff across three shifts, lead production efficiency initiatives, and drive performance metrics while maintaining safety standards.

You will report to the Production Manager and work closely with schedulers, engineers and logistics to meet targets and ensure timely product delivery. A strong hands-on leadership style and experience with ERP/MRP systems are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ supervisory experience.
• Recognized mechanical or electrical qualification.
• Experience with achieving production targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with high-volume production lines.

Responsibilities

• Lead 60+ personnel across 3 shifts under the Production Manager.
• Improve and motivate staff to meet KPIs and production targets.
• Oversee CNC machining, feeder processes, machine shop and powder line operations.
• Coordinate with Production Manager, schedulers, team leaders, project engineers, logistics and stores to meet deadlines and ship products on time.
• Conduct disciplinary meetings, return-to-work interviews and reviews with team members.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and drive continuous improvement.
