Flextronics - The Flex Company in Aguascalientes, Mexico, seeks an Associate Production Supervisor to manage a production line, lead a team, and ensure timely, quality output in a highly technical electronics manufacturing environment.

The role reports to the Production Manager and emphasizes safety, cost control, and continuous improvement. Bachelor's degree and people leadership experience are required, with knowledge of Excel and production control systems.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience as a leader with personnel management.
• Experience in electronic manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of production control systems (serials, flows, traceability).
• Familiarity with electronics specifications.
• Knowledge of Lean tools.
• Experience with BAAN or SAP systems.
• Schedule availability for shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a production line in a highly technical environment.
• Manage performance and improve efficiencies and quality.
• Lead a team to meet cost, delivery and responsiveness targets.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and propose resolutions.
• Coach operators and drive training and capability.
• Collaborate with engineers on improvements and projects.
• Support budgeting and department expense management.
• Ensure safe, compliant manufacturing standards.
