Job summary

Vertiv in Mexicali is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead multiple teams under the Plant Manager. You will manage, improve and motivate staff to achieve production targets, focusing on Total Production Efficiency (TPE) and safe, reliable operations across CNC Machining, Feeder Processes and Machine Shop Production.

You will use ERP/MRP systems, drive KPI performance, and implement training and disciplinary processes as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a supervisory position.
• Recognized mechanical or electrical qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead production teams to meet targets.
• Drive KPI performance and continuous improvement.
• Maintain health and safety compliance across shifts.
• Coordinate with Production Manager, planners and engineers to meet deadlines.
