Job summary

Vertiv seeks an ambitious Production Supervisor for our Reynosa manufacturing facility. You will lead 60+ staff under the Production Manager to improve performance, safety and output, focusing on KPI-driven production efficiency and on-time delivery.

You will manage CNC machining, feeder processes, and machine shop activities across 3 rotating shifts, driving staff development, recruitment and health & safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of supervision/management experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Experience in ERP/MRP electronic production control systems.
• Proven track record of providing leadership to achieve production targets within a customer-focused company.
• Strong background in working to industry standard KPIs that assist with meeting business goals.
• Extensive experience in people management, from training needs to performance assessment and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 60+ personnel under the Production Manager.
• Improve performance and motivate staff to achieve objectives.
• Manage CNC Machining Operations, Feeder Processes, Machine Shop Production and overall performance.
• Drive KPI achievement, health & safety, and staff development.
• Coordinate daily with Production Manager and cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
