Vertiv in Reynosa is seeking an ambitious Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing facility. You will report to the Production Manager and lead 60+ staff across 3 rotating shifts, driving total production efficiency (TPE) and continuous improvement in CNC machining, feeder processes, and machine shop production.

The role emphasizes staff development, health and safety, performance management, and achieving production targets for a customer-focused operation.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a supervisory position.
• Experience with ERP/MRP electronic production control systems.
• Proven leadership to achieve production targets in a customer-focused company.
• Strong KPIs knowledge to meet business goals.
• Experience in health & safety within a factory environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.

Aufgaben

• Oversee 60+ personnel under Production Manager supervision.
• Manage, improve and motivate staff to achieve objectives.
• Lead teams across CNC machining, feeders, machine shop production and powder line.
• Ensure deadlines are met and products shipped on time through cross-functional coordination.
• Conduct disciplinary meetings and performance reviews.
