Job summary

Corning, Inc. is seeking a Process Engineering Supervisor in Reynosa to lead engineering projects, drive continuous improvement, and mentor technical teams in a multi-product manufacturing environment.

This role partners with manufacturing, engineering, and commercial teams to implement strategic initiatives and cost-efficient processes. The ideal candidate brings 4–6 years of process/manufacturing experience, a Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electronics/Mechatronics, and strong data-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or Mechatronics engineering.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 4–6 years in process/manufacturing engineering roles.
• Experience leading engineering resources and projects.
• Strong analytical skills using statistical methods and data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and CI methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects and cross-functional initiatives for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Coach and develop engineering personnel for performance and growth.
• Drive data-based problem solving and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, commercial, and project teams on new product transfers and automation.
