The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, a relevant degree, and strong skills in statistical analysis, Lean Manufacturing, and project management. This role requires significant collaboration across teams to ensure process improvements in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• 5+ years experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Leadership potential demonstrated on project teams.
• Self-starter who meets objectives with regular supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes.
• Provide technical support to junior engineers.
• Execute work-streams on projects for process improvement.

Educación
