You will balance product assurance with business needs, collaborating daily with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Technology and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical or Engineering or related technical area.
• 3+ years in manufacturing, development, product or process engineering.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Project management knowledge.
• Good communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter, organized, adaptable to ambiguity and change.
• Professional English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead root cause analyses using advanced methods to resolve product/process issues.
• Review or approve product/process changes and define qualification test plans.
• Identify and execute cost-reduction opportunities through materials/suppliers/process improvements.
• Respond to customer and commercial requests for product changes with cross-functional partners.
