AECOM in Mexico City is seeking a Mining Engineer to lead conceptual, preliminary and detailed design phases for LATAM mining projects. You will work with a team of engineers to deliver studies and detailed designs that meet client needs and regulatory standards across open pit and underground operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology or related field.
• 6+ years of mining engineering experience or equivalent.
• Experience with open pit and/or underground design.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and review mine designs, layouts, and development plans.
• Prepare life-of-mine plans and production schedules.
• Optimize plans through trade-off studies and scenario evaluation.
• Design haul roads, waste facilities and stockpiles.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with stakeholders.
