Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline and 8+ years in mine closure/remediation.
• Proficient with MS Office; Excel and Word strong.
• Preferred: Master’s degree and 15+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead mine closure planning and remediation projects.
• Develop and implement closure plans adhering to regulations.
• Manage multi-disciplinary technical teams across LATAM.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and client communications.
• Mentor junior staff and build client relationships.
