Ausenco in Mexico is seeking a Lead Pipeline Engineer to lead and deliver tailings and water management projects from concept through execution. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams across offices, ensure technical excellence, and manage budgets to achieve successful outcomes.

The role requires a degree in Mechanical, Process or Civil Engineering, experience in hydraulics and pumping systems, and strong client-facing skills for proposals and presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Process or Civil Engineering.
• Experience in hydraulics and pumping systems.
• Familiarity with pipeline systems for various commodities.
• Knowledge of project delivery phases: Concept to execution.
• Strong communication, proposal writing, and client presentation skills.
• Ability to lead teams and meet deadlines.
