seeks a Facilities Engineer Lead to head infrastructure, industrial services and maintenance for operational continuity, energy efficiency, and regulatory compliance. You will manage budgets and CAPEX/OPEX while leading a multidisciplinary team onsite. Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in facilities or industrial maintenance, strong project management, and knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Industrial, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Facilities, industrial maintenance or infrastructure management.
• Experience managing industrial projects.
• Experience supervising contractors and technical staff.
• HVAC systems, medium and low voltage electrical distribution, compressed air, fire protection systems, and maintenance management.
• Energy management and regulatory safety/compliance knowledge.
• Knowledge of safety, environmental standards and industry regulations.
• Experience with CHILLERS and cooling systems.
• Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD; Power BI (desirable).
• Fluent English for technical/administrative communications.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate facilities infrastructure, industrial services, and maintenance to ensure operational continuity.
• Develop and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Monitor energy use and drive sustainability initiatives; manage energy efficiency projects.
• Coordinate external contractors for maintenance, construction, and special works; evaluate performance and costs.
• Ensure safety, environmental compliance, and regulatory standards; participate in audits.
• Prepare and control annual and monthly budgets; analyze costs and manage CAPEX/OPEX.
