is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent to lead preventive and predictive maintenance across industrial HVACR equipment and plant utilities. You will supervise a multidisciplinary team, manage budgets, and drive safety, quality, and energy efficiency initiatives on site. Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 7+ years in industrial maintenance, preferably in HVACR, automotive, metal-mechanic, or heavy manufacturing.
• Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams (10-30 people).
• Knowledge of HVACR systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical and automation.
• Experience with CMMS/ERP (SAP, Maximo, Infor, etc.).
• Familiarity with TPM, RCM, and Lean methodologies.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Knowledge of safety, environmental, and energy regulations.
• Languages: Intermediate-Advanced English (preferred for corporate reporting and international suppliers).

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs for industrial equipment, HVACR machinery, and plant utilities.
• Lead the maintenance team, setting priorities, allocating resources, and ensuring KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, OEE).
• Manage the maintenance budget, controlling expenses in spare parts, external services, and contractors.
• Coordinate installation, improvement, and modernization projects to enhance efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with industrial safety, quality, and environmental standards (ISO, OSHA, NOM, etc.).
• Implement RCM, Lean Manufacturing, and TPM methodologies to optimize processes.
• Manage and supervise external service providers and spare part suppliers.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to solve technical issues affecting operations.
• Develop and train maintenance personnel, fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
• Monitor performance of critical HVACR equipment and define improvement strategies.
