Littelfuse, a global diversified industrial technology company, is seeking a Building Maintenance General Supervisor in Piedras Negras, Coahuila. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will lead a maintenance team, oversee preventive and corrective programs, and drive improvements to reliability and efficiency of site facilities and equipment, including high-capacity compressors and HVAC systems.

Qualifications

• . Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• . Minimum 5 years of building maintenance experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• . Experience supervising and developing maintenance teams.
• . Strong knowledge of building maintenance systems, including compressors and HVAC.
• . Experience with preventive/corrective maintenance programs and Six Sigma/Ishikawa tools.
• . Knowledge of 6S, IATF and VDA 6.3 audit requirements.
• . Advanced Excel skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Lead, organize, and train the maintenance team to ensure effective daily operations and achievement of maintenance KPIs.
• Develop, implement, and maintain preventive and corrective maintenance programs for facilities, assets, and equipment.
• Monitor maintenance performance indicators and identify opportunities to optimize equipment performance and costs.
• Lead and develop a high-performing maintenance team with accountability and continuous improvement.
• Plan and execute equipment/facility improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Optimize operating costs related to electricity, water, and building systems; perform root cause analyses.
• Ensure safe operation and reliability of building systems, and support audits (IATF, VDA 6.3).
• Train team members on procedures, standards, and safety practices.
