Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• +3 years of experience in maintenance planning or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of CMMS tools and maintenance best practices.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the maintenance schedule for all equipment and facilities.
• Collaborate with technicians to prioritize work orders and manage backlog.
• Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Use CMMS for tracking, scheduling, and reporting maintenance activities.
• Prepare documentation related to maintenance procedures and compliance.
