• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related experience, or Master’s with 3+ years.
• Experience in administration of electromechanical and civil construction projects.
• Knowledge of efficient personnel administration.
• Experience in the medical industry is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the facilities group of engineers and technicians.
• Ensure electrical, mechanical and construction work comply with codes and regulations.
• Train facility technicians in safety and hazardous materials awareness.
• Be responsible for safety related to electrical and other electromechanical systems.
• Design and coordinate construction projects or adaptations to support production processes.
• Plan and ensure works meet specifications, regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Support the Facilities Manager with day-to-day activities and represent him in meetings.
