Job summary

Flex is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Repair Area in Guadalajara, North Campus. You will direct manufacturing operations across one or more lines, leading engineers and technicians to meet quality, cost, and delivery goals.

Responsibilities include coaching operators, reviewing performance, and driving process improvements while ensuring safety and adherence to standards in an electronics repair environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Experience as Production Supervisor.
• Strong experience as leader.
• Experience in electronics repair.
• Experience in similar position in electronic manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of production control systems (Serials, flows, traceability).
• Knowledge in specifications and standards related to electronics.
• Experience in the use of Floor shop systems.
• Experience in BAAN system (or SAP).

Responsibilities

• Direct manufacturing operations in a shift to meet volume and quality goals.
• Lead the repair area team of technicians and engineers.
• Review plant performance and advise on efficiency improvements.
• Coach operators to improve performance and capability.
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Manage department budget and expenses.
• Prioritize production schedules to meet customer commitments.
• Train and develop junior staff.
