Job summary

Flex is seeking a Production Supervisor (Repair Area) to lead the repair operations in Guadalajara, North Campus. You will supervise technicians and engineers, drive safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction while coordinating with the Process Engineer.

This role requires a BA/BS, prior supervision experience in electronics manufacturing, and knowledge of production control systems. You’ll guide continuous improvement projects, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with safety

Qualifications

BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
Experience as Production Supervisor.
Strong leadership experience.
Experience in electronics repair.
Experience in electronics manufacturing.
Knowledge of production control systems (serials, flows, traceability).
Knowledge in electronics specifications and standards.
Experience in Floor shop systems.
Experience in BAAN system (or SAP).

Responsibilities

Direct manufacturing operations for a shift or group of lines to meet volume, quality, and cost goals.
Lead repair area staff to ensure safety, quality, productivity and customer requirements.
Review plant performance and advise on changes to improve efficiency and quality.
Troubleshoot operational problems and implement solutions.
Coach operators to improve performance and capability.
Drive process development and cost improvement projects.
Provide technical/operational guidance to project teams.
Ensure production schedules and customer commitments are met.
