Flex Ltd in Guadalajara, Mexico is seeking an Associate Production Supervisor to oversee multiple production lines in a highly technical electronics environment. You will manage line performance, coach operators, ensure quality and cost targets, and collaborate with engineers on improvements.

The role requires leadership experience, a BA/BS degree, and familiarity with production control systems and ERP tools such as BAAN or SAP. Flexible hours and safety compliance are emphasized.

• Experience in similar position in electronic manufacturing environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee production of several processes/lines in a highly technical environment and ensure line success.
• Evaluate plant operating performance and recommend changes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Guide a team of professionals to meet quality, cost, delivery and safety requirements.
• Troubleshoot operational problems and coach operators to improve performance.
• Coordinate with engineers on plant improvements and cost reduction projects.
• Assist in department budget planning and management of department expenses.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment and ensure compliance with policies.
