Flex, a global manufacturing partner, seeks a Production Manager for our Guadalajara, North Campus site. You will oversee production supervisors and controls on the shop floor, reporting to the Operations Engineering Manager.

The role requires a BA/BS or equivalent, experience as an Operation Manager, knowledge of production control systems, and a background in electronic manufacturing. Proficiency in English and flexible scheduling are expected.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Experience as Operation Manager.
• Intermediate English.
• Knowledge of production control systems (Serials, flows, traceability).
• Experience in electronic manufacturing.
• Availability of schedule.
• People management.
• Ability to present information to groups of managers, clients, and the public.

Responsabilités

• Guides department activities to support design of new products, modify existing designs, improve production techniques, and assist on test procedures.
• Collaborates with management, production, and marketing to resolve manufacturing feasibility, cost effectiveness, and customer demand for products.
• Forecasts operating costs and directs budget requests.
• Assists with strategic plan and annual operating plan development for the function.
• Reviews and plans material, equipment, and manpower resources.
• Prioritizes production schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Maintains relations with executives and major customers.
