Flex is seeking a Production Supervisor (Repair Area) for its Guadalajara North Campus. The role directs shift operations, leading repair technicians and engineers to meet safety, quality, productivity, and customer requirements.

You will coach operators, analyze performance, and drive improvement projects. A BA/BS or equivalent, plus electronics repair/manufacturing experience, is required to excel in this position.

Qualifications

BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
Experience as Production Supervisor.
Strong leadership experience.
Experience in electronics repair.
Experience in electronics manufacturing environments.
Knowledge of production control systems (serials, flows, traceability).
Knowledge of floor shop systems and BAAN/SAP integration.

Responsibilities

Direct manufacturing operations for a shift or group of production lines.
Lead the repair area, ensuring safety, quality, productivity and customer requirements are met.
Coach operators and junior supervisors to improve performance.
Review plant performance and recommend operating changes to improve efficiency and quality.
Develop project proposals for process improvements and cost reductions.
Coordinate with maintenance to ensure smooth production and planning.
