Job summary

Flextronics, located in Guadalajara's North Campus, seeks an Associate Production Supervisor to oversee multiple production lines and guide engineers and operators toward meeting volume, quality, and cost goals.

You will drive operational improvements, coach staff, manage schedules, and collaborate on cost reduction and process development initiatives in an electronics manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience required.
• Experienced Production Supervisor in electronics manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and team coaching skills.
• Flexible hours availability (T3).
• Experience in production control systems (serials, flows, traceability).
• Knowledge of electronics specifications and standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production lines to meet volume, quality and cost goals.
• Coach operators and guide a team of engineers and officers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to improve efficiency.
• Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction and material supply.
• Lead process development and cost-improvement projects.
• Assist in department budget planning and management of expenses.
