EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead Python Developer with a strong AI background to drive architectural direction and deliver scalable software platforms in a dynamic, global environment.

You will partner with product and engineering teams, coach developers, and shape the technical roadmap while leveraging AWS, Terraform, and modern front-end tech to deliver impactful solutions.

Formación

• 5+ years in a senior/lead engineering role.
• Experience directing and managing development teams.
• Strong backend API design in Python/TypeScript.
• Hands-on with AWS and Terraform for Infra as Code.
• Experience with ReactJS/Angular frontend tech.
• Proficient English communication (B2+).
• Knowledge of SDWare Development (SDD) is a plus.
