EPAM Systems Inc. seeks a Lead Microsoft Azure DevOps Engineer to design, automate, and secure cloud-native delivery on Azure using Kubernetes and containerization.

You will guide best practices for CI/CD, GitOps, and infrastructure automation in an Agile environment to drive reliable releases and scalable platforms. You will architect Azure components, lead AKS deployment and upgrades, and implement IaC with Terraform/ARM.

Qualifications

• Solid expertise in Microsoft Azure services across compute, storage, networking and databases.
• Hands-on leadership in CI/CD and infrastructure automation.
• Experience deploying and managing apps on Azure with Kubernetes/Docker.
• Proficiency in Terraform or ARM templates for IaC.
• Familiarity with Helm for Kubernetes deployments.
• Proven GitOps experience, especially with Argo CD.
• Scripting skills in Bash and Python for automation.
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools like Grafana.
• Strong English communication and collaboration across stakeholders.

Responsibilities
