EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced .NET Tech Lead to guide development teams in building high-quality, scalable solutions. You will provide technical guidance, balance workloads, and drive delivery with a focus on excellence.

The role requires strong C#, cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure), CI/CD, Docker, and hands-on testing. You’ll help hire, onboard, and develop staff while improving processes and collaborating with global teams.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional software development experience with .NET.
• Strong expertise in .NET technologies and C#.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and tools.
• Hands-on Docker experience.
• Strong unit testing and test-driven development.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Front-end experience with Angular or React.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
